The below roles are needed for the module. Discuss this with your CSM.
Event management
Create and manage events from the main list view. Send messages to specific distribution groups depending on event statuses. Inform building and room administrators when an event is booked.
Add the different food types and inform in-house catering staff of the event orders and more importantly links with student medical information for any allergy or specific dietary requirement.
Configure your event types and add colour to your event scheduler.
Calendar
The event schedule will show all published events from an admin view. Each invitee will have their normal schedule showing courses and appointments as well. Discuss the time range needed for events to show correctly. We can extend the hour to 00h00 and make a Saturday/Sunday show if needed.
Food request
List all events that have a food request added. It also picks up medical information from the student profile.
Money requests
Shows the amount of money requested. Use the list to raise invoices using MySchool finances.
Transport requests
Export details of the transport requests to help coordinate booking external resources.
