Once the event is created, and if you have defined a target distribution group, each will receive a notification of the new event. They can access these via the request management pages.
Food requests
Click on the item in the list view to view all details. Information is pulled for students directly from their medical information. Change the status once the order has been accepted and delivered.
Transport requests
Details can be exported to Excel, adding a driver, and a vehicle, and a total charge to the request.
Money requests
The notification is sent to the finance team, and they can raise invoices for the list of invitees.
