This report will list all subjects and students enrolled in the attached courses which have been selected to be included in the aggregate report. It will look for all types, but also there needs to be at least one subject set to homeroom type per class level.
Check your subject settings
There are various elements that are used in the secondary report and you need to configure your subjects accordingly. These fields are all located on the Ontario tab of the subjects.

- Other course info
A section of the report will specifically look for a homeroom-type subject and pull information from the attached courses.
Student information
Most of the details in the report are taken from student profiles and their course enrollment data. The report is set for three periods, October, March and June.
Subjects must be set to be included in the report, there must be at least one student enrolled in the course, and the course must start before the end date of the period in question.

Enrolment data from Ontario Reporting
The subject details can be overridden for individual students in the Ontario reporting tool. These are for Course type, Course delivery, Language of instruction, and credit value.
The credit value will only populate for the course if the final is >50%.
The final grade can be manually entered here or pulled directly from the student's assessments. It needs to be set as a primary grade.
