Need a report to control when a student was dropped off and by whom? Our community had asked for this feature, so we created it. Please keep adding your ideas to the AHA platform. It really helps us gather feedback from the community and plan our product roadmap.
What are the features?
The check-in/out is a light way to log time spent within your institute. It also provides an audit trail of who has picked up the child. Data from the export can be used to generate invoices, create detailed time reports, or simply monitor pick-up parent details.
Filters
Important to note is that on loading the check-in screen the filters are set to today's date, and just to show check-in students. If you wish to see both checked-in and checked-out students. Click the cross to show ALL statuses. You can change the date filters to show from previous days if you wish to export. |
How does it work?
Start by creating a new check, and a slideover appears. Enter the name of the student in the search field.
NB: With all search fields in MySchool, a minimum of 3 characters are needed. If the student profile has a legal comment then this will be shown in red.
Enter the date using the calendar, and enter the time in the 24h format. Hit now if the student has just been dropped off. Next, choose from the attached guardians to the student's profile.
Green means they have pick-up rights checked on the access table. If this is not activated the user will show in red.
You can use the search field to manually add any other user in the system, or Unknown allows you to add another name for a non-MySchool user.
Mouse over the phone icon for the user's telephone numbers.
Save the check-in and add a comment if relevant.
