Admissions dashboard

Interactive admissions dashboard with exportable stats and quick links to individual workflows. The default view will show your workflows for the next academic year and your current workflows. Easily filtered with graphical representations of key stats.

• Applications received = A count of applications having completed the first step of the workflows.
• YOY change = Count of applications received in this period/Count of applications received for the previous period %
• Acceptance rate = % of applications with 'enrolled' status set as final step.

Applications per month

The graph shows 9 months previous, the current month and 2 months into the future. it will check your system date stamp. 

Admissions per class level

Shows applications per class level selected in the first steps of your application workflow. Using the download arrow, the stats are exported to Excel. Click on the class level to show a pop-up of all the relevant applications.

Applications per status

Lists the current statuses assigned to your applications for the next year.

Top tip: Have multiple workflows and need to get specific data per workflow. You can create statuses for each, and give them a specific internal name and these will be used in both your applicant list view and exportable via this report. e.g. Waiting on School (International) and Waiting on school (Local).

Applications per location

This will be pulled from the submitting guardian's city address if this has been included in your application forms and entered. Not set means that there will be no value entered in the first guardian's form.

Class level capacity

Once a student has been set to be enrolled and assigned to their future class, you can check to see the places still available and how much capacity has been used for the future class in the next academic year.

You must contact your CSM with the required amounts, as we will need to enter these into your system.

A student will remain in the not processed class until the next academic year, and then if enrolled will be an active student in the target class/class level.
