Need a quick overview of debtors or expected revenue? The finance dashboard is an interactive reporting tool for your finance team.
What does it show?
The three headers show information from the financial year and organization shown in the filter section. Invoices overdue need to be published so that they are included in the first two counts. The revenue count shows transactions minus credit notes within the filtered year and organization.
Cashflow
The graph will show the total of due invoices per month for the filtered academic year compared to the same period last year.
Invoices owed to you
Shows the total amount of invoices due or overdue in the designated periods. Click on the labels to have a full list view of the invoices. If you click on the invoice in the slideover list, you will be taken to the finance tab of the invoicee.
Invoices overdue
Lists invoices that are overdue and the number of days for which they are overdue. Click on the name of the customer to open a list view of all invoices raised.
Debtors
Shows a list of customer accounts that have unpaid invoices and their total amount. Click on the customer name to show all invoices and credit notes raised against the account.
Revenue per account
This will show the revenue received against the receivable account set in the invoice. Click on the amount for a further breakdown of the details. Unknown will list amounts allocated to students who have no current class or class level in the filtered financial year.
