ES Audit - Subject management - FTE type

We added a new option to the subject FTE type field. This will allow schools to distinguish between courses that should be excluded in the ES Audit Course count but included in section A ( attendance calculation). 

Most schools use "attendance" courses for the primary school level, where attendance is taken only once/twice a day, and the weight is on one/two roll call periods. Up until now, courses scheduled for roll call periods have had to be included in the FTE. With the new option, you can exclude the course( subject) from the FTE calculation but include the course ( weight) in the attendance calculation. 

To update the subjects, go to Subject management /subjects. 

Select the  subjects ( use the class level or school level filter, as a maximum of 100 subjects can be updated in bulk) 

From the "More" dropdown list, select "Set FTE type)

If the course should be included in the Course count ( and attendance calculation), select type " Include in FTE count." 

If the course should be excluded from the Course count, but attendance taken for it, use the "Include in attendance only" option
