When opening the Message Template, under the subject field, there is an Information icon next to Body . Click it to bring up a list of generic tags that can be included in most messages. Simply copy and paste into your message to include them.
Note that Message specific tags (Password, Reset Url) will NOT work outside of the relevant password reset messages.
If you have any issues with the format of the message, then contact our support team for help and guidance in building the message.
