Many schools are now moving all their application process to the online environment, and MySchool has designed a module with workflow management and customisable forms. From setting up profiles and records to enrolment in classes, have a look at some of the key features in the Admissions function.
NB: Admissions cannot be used for existing students. Please refer to the questionnaire module for reenrolment purposes.

Within the Admissions module for MySchool, gives access to the prospects and applications. The ability to customise the workflow means that the application process can be changed to your schools requirements. The custom form builder links can be embedded your schools website. The application process require MySchool access for the users. Statuses enables users to manage and administer applications during all stages.
Prospects & Applications
Depending on how the registration form is built, MySchool will automatically fill out the details for new applicants, and transfer it to their records. The History section allows Admissions admin to track new applicants, and communicate easily with them.
Designing the workflow
Building the process, avoids repetition of data entry, and has in built security features to protect user data. The process can link with the Finance feature to provide a seamless process from application to enrolment and payment.
Form builder
Easy to use form builder for your schools online registration process. Links in seamlessly with existing data labels in the MySchool system. Design elements help build personalised forms as per your schools requirements.
Statuses
Within the workflow, the applicant will naturally pass through various stages, and require a new status, some can be archived, whereas others may need user interaction to proceed. MySchool has a comprehensive list of default stages, which can be adapted to all requirements.
Testing the process
The link to access the admissions would be your MySchool instance URL then add /apply.
If you are logged into MySchool, and have an active account, you will be brought to the application form page directly.
If you are not logged in or do not have a MySchool account then you will access the first step in the application process.
To check the process fully then use incognito/private browsing mode, then you can test the sign up and full application process.
Use a fresh email (Not recorded against a user within MySchool). Make sure you can access this email, then you can test reception of mails, forms, and how/when mails are received by users.
Top Tip: Ask a trusted guardian, or a member of the parent teacher council to perform a User acceptance test.
Create a false student, and enrol within your school. Test the enrolment, and which class they populate. Think about what would happen at rollover. We can delete the student after testing.
