The school leaving certificate is a mandatory document, needed by all schools in Malta. Our State reporting module - Malta offers a comprehensive tool set to assist schools in submitting this report for their grade 11 leavers.
The module includes;
- Student qualities / Edit qualities
- Informal and Non-formal education/Organisations & Import function
- NSO attendance report
- DQSE school leaving certificate
- Student profile tab - DQSE
How to access
The tools are covered by two main roles; Administer DQSE and View DQSE. There are independent edit/read roles for the student profile. Discuss the configuration with your CSM during onboarding.
Informal Education
Allows schools to enter the external organisations that are affiliated with an SLC number. This list is the responsibility of each school to keep a regularly updated version of the official list. This can be done easily by using the Import organisation function.
Non-Formal organisations
These are internal extracurricular clubs and activities attached to your school. You can manage these via the Organisations function.
Student Qualities
Allows the school to input the student's qualities. Please provide the onboarding team with a list of your school specific qualities.
Import organisations
Once the ministry or governing body has created a list of approved organisations, then you can upload the details here, and map the headers accordingly.
NSO export
Used to generate the attendance report requested by the governing bodies.
School leaving report
When students reach the end of their education with your school, a school leavers report will be generated. Please note that this is a global report and will produce a large Excel file with the information required. Depending on the size of your school, it could take several minutes to generate.
