MALTA - Import SLC informal organisations for DQSE

For our Maltese community, we have an upload functionality for new SLC organisation lists. These can be used for the school leaving certificate. They are classed as informal organisations or private organisations.

Prepare the import sheet

There are four import entities;

• Organisation name
• SLC number
• Contact person's full name
• Contact email

If you want to add the mention 'SLC' before the number, you must add this to the import sheet first. We also advise deduplicating the list first.

The Header column will be from the first row of the Excel sheet, sample data shows the second row. All you need to do is map the correct options using the drop-down menu.

You can check the import on the organisation management view.

You need to have the DQSE administrator role applied to your user group for the import.

NB: This functionality can be used by our international community, if you need to add a list of externally approved clubs, teams or associations to your organisation list.
