MALTA - DQSE Informal Education

If you have imported the official list into MySchool then you can attribute the students to these external organisations. The list is provided on a regular basis via official channels. MySchool is not responsible for keeping this list up to date.

How to access

Go to the School Leaving Cert menu header, and select Informal education. Click to open the selection window.

How to add external organisations

The list presents organisations which you have entered via the import screen, each with an official SLC number attributed. 

1. Filter details

Filter by class or class level, then select the year of the students. If you have selected by class, then you can specify which class you would like to update the data. 

2. Student list

When organisations have been entered, they are listed with their attributed SLC No. and grade. This can be modified during the student's educational career with your school. Select the X to delete if the student is no longer attached to the organisation. 

3. Add Informal activity

Click on the blue link to open a search field, which has a down arrow and a magnifying glass. Either enter the first few letters of the club/organisation or click on the arrow to produce the full list.

Official organisations cannot be added and must be done via the import organisation function.
