The school leaving certificate is included in our State reporting package for Maltese schools. it helps collect information over a five-year historical period for your graduated students. It is designed to integrate with our assessment, attendance, and organisation tools available in your MySchool core system.
How to set up the school leaving report
Subject Curriculum
Each subject must have a valid curriculum entry for the report. There is a limit of 18 subjects. To order the subjects differently, you need to create an index value. By default the value is 0, so you would need to change this for all subjects, even if they should be included in the report.
Create your qualities list and apply them to the student profiles
You will need to create your student qualities first. Qualities are renewed each year. There must be an entry for the previous 5 years.
Apply for informal and non-formal membership
Import or update the SLC list and verify that students have membership updated for each year.
Organise a call with your CSM
There are two grade entries per year per subject. We will be able to map these entities to a single assessment type. Prepare the list of target subjects, grades and terms. We are unable to produce calculations and must reference a pre-calculated numeric value only.
We will work with you to ensure we fully the mapping
Run the report
The report is detailed and in larger schools, it will take several minutes to generate. Why not try to do this at the end of the day, when there is less traffic on your system?
