Student portraits

If you wish to upload student's photos in bulk, then we have the photo import tool which will attach the photos directly to your user's profile. Use this tool to export in PDF lists or download in Zip format.

Photos are great on grade reports, ID cards, and emergency contact sheets as well. It adds a personal touch to your profiles and directory views.

How to access

This is a non-restricted report, where all staff members with access can access Student portraits. It is under the Data Report menu header. 

It is useful if you are creating notices or newsletters and want to group students from different school and class levels altogether.
