Print ID card & Id card creator

Want to create your ID cards with MySchool data? We have two tools available for this.

MySchool default cards which are compatible with an Avery 5361 format, or if you need to create custom-sized cards, you can use our ID creator.

Print them out as labels or export them to PDF for printing.

Print ID card

Go to the Data Report menu header, and select Print ID card. Select for a Single student or whole school level with Multiple Students. In single student selection, choose which part of the sheet you would like to place the card. (Top, Middle, Bottom). 

The feature is compatible with Avery 5361 self-laminating ID cards.

Export the results to PDF and ready for use on your ID cards.

ID card creator

The first step is to create your ID card size, you do this via our label management tool. Open the ID card creator in the Data Reports module. Use the people picker to select the target population and export to PDF in your desired page format.
