Finance administrators can control the balances of payments, and invoiced amounts in relation to the different fees and accounts.
How to access
These features are available in Finance menu header, advanced options, under payment report & revenue report. The two reports show the accounts, and list the total receivable or invoiced. Select the date range to show payment details.
Revenue report shows invoices, and the various payments attributed against them.
The different pages can be exported to PDF, by using Print.
