MySchool is in an integral part of your schools community. In combination with our Ideas portal where we actively encourage our super users to keep us updated with their challenges and product requirements. We felt we needed to reach out further and ask how all our users how happy they are with their MySchool platform.
We have integrated a quick feedback tool which will appear in the bottom corner of your dashboard screen when users log in to their MySchool portal.
We ask the question; How likely you are to recommend MySchool?
Your reply is based on a 0-10 scale, 0 being not likely at all and 10 being extremely likely. This is called an NPS score.
Once you have selected the recommendation score, you will have the opportunity to give further feedback in a text box.
We are really looking forward to hearing from you and your whole community, so please do add a comment. Everybody's feedback is valued.
I wanted to give feedback but it disappeared before I could?
We are trialling this new tool for the moment, and have limited the number of times it appears for users. If you didn't get a chance this time, then don't worry, we will be asking the question again.
I don't want to give feedback on my score
We understand, and you can skip this part, but if at all possible we would really like to hear why you gave your rating.
Is the feedback anonymous?
Yes, we do not collect or store information about the submitters identity. Only the score and feedback.
What will happen if I give a bad score?
Please tell us why! It will provide us with a great insight to help improve the product and hopefully we can change your opinion for the next time.
Why don't we have this activated on our portal?
In certain regions and for certain contracts, we have not activated the NPS score. We will be in touch directly as your feedback is important as well. We will confirm a date and a plan with you once we have finalised the roll out.
We don't want to the tool to be activated, can you turn it off please?
Just raise a ticket via the support channel and we will deactivate the tool for your school. We would really like to hear why you have decide to do this as your feedback is valuable to us.
