Edit the behaviour locations

We have added the possibility to amend and edit the drop-down location list for schools using the behaviour event module. This is located on the behaviour configuration page. 

Update to admissions for adult students

We have amended the system to allow students to use the normal admissions workflow. You will need to contact our support services if you wish for students to be able to apply directly without having the need of a guardian submitter. The workflow must be set to students only

Update to grade contributions

Previously users could amend the contributions by unlocking reviewed in the review screen and amending the scores even if the grade report was published. After feedback, we have tightened this rule so that the grade report must be unpublished first if changes are to be made to a student's assessments. after changing, the PDF must be published from the review panel as previously.

Minor issues and fixes;

• System - Updated the attendance report send email functionality to use the new announcement module.
• System - Changed the behaviour for the out-of-scale showing on the default grade report. When entering 0, the out-of-scale did not show. it has now been repaired to show.
• System - Amended holiday management to not accept holidays with the same title and date.
• ES Project - Investigated user activity in user groups.
• ES Project - Updated translations for S5 report.
• MT Project - Changed SIF Points for the main system.
• MT Project - Checked duplicate enrolment for rollover 2022/23.
• MT Project - Unable to log in and impersonate users. This was fixed.
• MT Project - Further work on room management double booking to show all lessons.
• MT Project - Custom assessment report created.
• System - Announcements were not being sent correctly and showing as queued. ongoing work to improve efficiency.
• System - Updated all non-project schools' language tables.
• System - Fixed a problem with the schedule not showing courses correctly.
• System - Updated the override grade not updating a total mark formula on the review page.
• System - Updated new seeds with journal entries.
• System (BC) - Updated the PSR PDF which had overlay issues.
• Enterprise - Updated the enterprise version of the My events schedule to show all events.
• System - Investigated and repaired issues with the questionnaire module.
• School - Fixed custom invoice issue for one school.
• Enterprise - Changed behaviour of food events not showing in the events schedule.
• School - ID card was not printing correctly. The pdf output was repaired.
• School - Custom report not working as expected.
• School - Updated DB entries via SQL for new enrolment.
• MT project - Updated DB records due to deleted user.
• MT project - Change request for custom LO copy tool.
• MT project - Updated a custom report to be able to deal with large data samples.
• School - Updated travel arrangements that were not updating student profiles.
• System - Fixed a problem with alerts not working across all instances.
• School - Updated custom invoice template to add an organisation.
• School - Worked on custom export to SFM software.
• System - Made the consent title mandatory when creating a consent type.
• School - Deleted all attendance records for 2017/18.
• System - Resolved the problem of guardians being able to print timetables when the lock feature was enabled.
• System - Reworked errors in room management that were allowing double booking.
• School - Worked on restoring customer data due to user error.
• MT Project - repaired a year filter on a custom report.
• School - custom import to update credit notes.
• System (BC) - Added graduation programme export to quick reports for BC student profiles.
• MT Project - Repaired a bug where a lesson could not be saved for a module.
• System - Repaired the author search in announcements to show larger populations and maintain system performance.
• School - reworked custom finance export for SFM due to recent custom changes in an organisation.
• MT project - Updated courses for the new scholastic year 2022/23.
• MT project - Merged users due to bad data corrupting the initial merge.
• System - Added a new donor status 'former student' as a drop-down option.
• School - Restored user deleted questionnaire.
• System - Updated invoice PDF to show class level instead of class.
• Enterprise - Reworked on events calendar which was not updating correctly after the previous change.
• System - Worked on fixing mobile view for the default email template.
• System - Fixed migration error to respect opt-in/out settings for users receiving announcements. 
• System - Repaired problem with bus groups not showing members correctly in the audience.
• System - Fixed author problem when three letters were producing an error in the search field.
• MT project - Updated custom SDS integration for new groups.
• MT - Project I'm[sorted new students and guardians.
• System - Repaired timetable printout PDF which was showing errors.
• System - The grade grid was not showing certain courses and this was fixed.
• MT Project - Repaired error when lessons were not showing on schedule as expected.
• System - Repaired error where submission status had to be set to show learning outcome grade.
• System (BC) - Added three extra courses to the PSR register.
• School - User error in term configuration needed to be deleted and repaired.
