Here are some of the fixes and updates released during October. We apologise if there has been a delay in larger projects. We are installing a rigorous testing process to minimise live errors. The team is aware and we aim to provide updates as soon as we can;

IEP module v2

For all administrators and super users, who have received marketing information concerning the IEP module release, we invite you to follow the instructions to contact the product team for further guidance.

• System - Fixed an issue with appointments not showing details when filtered on My Schedule/Calendar view.
• MT Project - Changed format and added details to a custom report.
• System - Due to formatting issues, scale assessment types created in subject specs are now limited to twelve characters.
• System - Improved questionnaire validation to make a relationship mandatory when adding new contacts to a household. 
• System - Reordered class attendance list to be alphabetical.
• School - A problem with a custom menu header URL needed to be repaired.
• System - Fixed grade scale UI issue which did not show on the assignment grade grid.
• School - The problem in loading lists within the announcement filter was fixed due to bad data.
• System - Fixed an issue with subject specification errors when editing term settings.
• MT  project - Import of custom timetable.
• MT project - The course schedule tab was producing an error due to bad data.
• School - Customisation of invoice template caused an error when creating new invoices.
• System - Fixed migration issue with UI problem for users opting out of communications.
• System - Aligned statuses of sent mails to represent actual information received from Mandrill.
• MT project - Custom certificate Europass started works.
• School - due to bad data, one school could not use the quick search feature.
• MT Project - Errors and ongoing works on custom UAR report.
• ES project - Central school had problems with IE students not being validated. This was fixed and further investigations continue.
• System - A repaired bug which stopped class attendance in Attendance administration.
• System - Repaired schedule/calendar view which had stopped showing assignments.
• School - Unblocked bad sync centre blocking further synchronisation due to emojis.
• MT project - fixed issue whereby guardians not selected as main were being picked up in the announcement people picker.
• ES project/System - A system problem occurred when creating courses produced an error. This was due to custom fields. This was repaired.
• System - Following fixes, students' schedules were not being created correctly on the UI. This was repaired.
• MT Project - Custom legacy certificates did not have correct signatures.
• MT Project - Error with changes made to certificates and Europass caused an issue with programme builder custom fields.
• System - Subject specification produced errors when copying assessments. This was investigated and repaired.
• ES project - Custom S5 report now has the correct format. This is pushed to network schools. 
• System - It is now possible to send attendance emails to ALL guardians as well as students, and main only.
• System - Updated current seed and new schools with staff attendance table which was missing in the system seed.
• School - Changed school logo on one legacy report.
• System (BC) - TRAX subject error was reverted due to changes in translation strings.
• School - Changes made to the legacy transcript.
• MT project - Repaired issues with grade report publishing.
• School - Restored profile of a deleted student.
• MT project - Users were able to see past students in the new IEP project module. This was fixed.
• System( enterprise) - Reworked student event calendar to show all elements.
• MT project - Created a custom template for the early year's report card.
• System - Reworked format of the assessment report to not show blank pages if there were multiple assessment criteria in the first subject. 
• System - Issues on performance following announcements release. These were repaired and further improvements continue.
• System - Repaired issue caused by changes to assignment view on students' schedules.
• System - A system-wide UI issue caused students' enrolment dates to appear changed. This was just a UI problem and no data was affected. This was fixed. 
• MT Project - Further work continued on the custom graduation certificate.
