At 08:50 EDT (14:50 CET) some of our servers are experiencing heavy load related to a system update causing MySchool to be unresponsive for some of our customers. Our engineers are working to resolve this as soon as possible. Again, we apologise for the disruption.
Update: 12:00 EDT (18:00 CET) We're still experiencing disruption across our systems. Our engineers are allocating more resources to alleviate the issue as well as working to solve the underlying problem.
We once again apologise for the disruption to the service today and will be conducting an investigation to fix the root cause in due course. We really appreciate your patience here.
