Equally, we are near completion of the new IEP module, which is being user tested. The next phase of assessments is due for release shortly, and our product team will be in touch with schools using this.
We are planning a general release for the summer of 2023. More information to come on this one.
PSR update
For our BC community, we have reworked the PSR fields available in the BC tab for the students—notably, the record of previous schooling. Enter the grade level, and year and choose from the subjects available in MySchool. These are available on the PSR report PDF.

Schools can now create and publish their own templates for IEPs. Check out this article explaining how schools can customise the template.
Questionnaire update
We have rolled out a change with questionnaires and confirmed existing contact details. We noted, during quality testing, that users could remove their primary email field. This would cause them to log out of the system as the primary email field is also the user login name. For the moment, we have made this field non-editable.
Users have a pop-up asking them to contact the school to be able to change this on their profile directly. As a solution, you can add a simple text question and update

- School - Request to remove an announcement attachment from the server.
- Project (ES) - Updated access certificate for user login.
- System - repaired an issue with phone numbers and types not saving to profiles during the admissions workflow.
- School - Further updates on their custom tax rebate module.
- School - Work carried out on DQSE report output.
- System - Previous school field was not saving correctly on the student profile from the admissions form builder. This was fixed.
- School - Added ethnicity field to the student profile.
- School - Reverted changes to custom assessment module.
- System - Made changes to internal notifications that were sending duplicates to users.
- System (BC) - Fixed an issue with a record of previous schooling whereby the dates were not saved correctly.
- School - Fixed an issue with GPA calculations for their legacy custom grade report.
- System - An issue was noted with contribution stats on the assess page. This was showing duplicate courses.
- System (BC) - Fixed an issue where the primary grade was not populating the PSR report correctly.
- School - Updated custom transcript to show credits even if no numerical grade was shown.
- School - Modified default transcript grading logic.
- Project (ES) - Minor formatting issue was resolved across the network concerning Teacher comments.
- System - Updated the text input limits for the new IEP module.
- System - Fixed an issue with mandatory questionnaire sections which still allowed users to submit without entries.
- Project (ES) - Resolved further issues with promotion rollover data issues.
- School - Resolved an issue with invoice emails for Finance V2 testing.
- System - Two languages were merged due to duplicate entries on the language tables. Slovene will be the correct entry.
- System - Changed the point range values for the behaviour event module to range from -500 - +500
- System - Updated the screen to be a slide-over instead of a pop-up to allow for correct formatting when adding free text to questions.
- System - Fixed an issue when online meeting URLs were not showing on the user's My Schedule.
- Project (MT) - Completed works on CDR create being incorporated into their admissions workflow.
- School - Updated signature on custom tax rebate module.
- System - Resolved an issue with a date field when using ad hoc lessons for scheduling.
- System - Fixed a UI issue where &$ symbols were not showing in the donation management module.
- System - Resolved an issue when saving the questionnaire to the student profile.
- Project (MT) - Resolved an issue with their custom-guided reading module which was not calculating correctly.
- System - Added the export filter to include class Teachers when working with student data. Also removed non-active staff from report exports.
- System - Reinstated pop-up window when creating a behaviour event.
- Project (EU) - Fixed an issue with the promotion rollover tool whereby exchange students were transferred into the wrong school and class.
- System - An issue was found where hide LO if not graded stopped functioning. This was repaired.
- School - Fixed an issue with their custom tax rebate module.
- System - Fixed an issue with the attendance admin tool which stopped functioning for single student selection.
- System (BC) - Updated BC tab record of previous schooling to show on PSR report.
- System (BC) - Changed postcode for Belgium and Vietnam in the DEM file.
- School - Changed the size of the logo on a project custom grade report.
- Project (MT) -Minor change to custom certificate output.
- School - Updated bad data in learning outcomes.
- School - Updated legacy grade report format.
- System - Resolved a problem where contacts were not receiving email notifications following the creation of a behaviour event.
- School - Fixed an issue with guardians not appearing in quick search.
- School - Repaired an issue with the copy function for learning outcomes in subject specifications.
- System - Changed behaviour in announcement stats to only show active students.
- System - Search filters in the list view were repaired following a system update.
- Project (MT) - Activated all user profiles following a change request and data cleaning.

- Project (MT) - Data fix related to changing terms not applied to courses.
- Project (MT) - Fixed a problem where i cal settings created profiles with no data.
- System - Configuration panel section headers were removed. These were reinstated.
