If you wish to upload students' photos in bulk, we have a photo import tool that attaches the photos directly to your users' profiles. Use this tool to export lists in PDF or download them in Zip format.
Photos are great on grade reports, ID cards, and emergency contact sheets as well. It adds a personal touch to your profiles and directory views.
How to access
This is a non-restricted report, where all staff members with access can access Student portraits. It is under the Data Report menu header.
It is useful if you are creating notices or newsletters and want to group students from different schools and class levels altogether.
