Click on the appropriate assessment to open the assess grid.
What do the colours mean?
The colours align with the assessment statuses, as Educators can see on their assess/review pages.
Orange - Assessment open. Educators can still access the grid
Green - Assessment reviewed. The assess grid is not accessible until a reviewer resets this status in the review page.
Grey - Assessment published or access is locked. If a report has been published, then Educators would need to have the report card unpublished and the status set to draft to assess. If an access lock is in place, Educators cannot contribute to the assess grid.
Top tip: To avoid errors in choosing the correct assessment term, central admins and super users can place a lock in the publish module.
