We're thrilled to share some exciting updates from MySchool as we continue to listen to your feedback and work tirelessly to enhance our platform. With over a decade of experience serving schools in the BC marketplace, and national reporting requirements in Malta and EU, we're excited to announce our expansion into Ontario, to further support schools with their ministry reporting needs. Our new Onsis module add-on is specifically designed to meet regulatory requirements while seamlessly integrating with our existing MySchool features.
1. Ontario Onsis Module: Expanding our reach into Ontario, our new Onsis module add-on is tailored to meet the unique regulatory requirements of schools in Ontario. Now, schools in Ontario can benefit from the same seamless integration and regulatory compliance that MySchool has provided to schools in British Columbia for over 10 years.
2. Enhanced Reporting Tools: Reporting has been a top priority based on your valuable feedback. We've collected a wealth of suggestions and are proud to unveil a new base for our existing Quick Report tool. This next-generation report designer will not only include student, user, and course data sets but will also incorporate finance and assessment data, providing you with even greater insights and capabilities.
3. API Integrations with One Roster 1.1 Accreditation: We understand the importance of integrations and connectivity in today's digital landscape. That's why we're excited to announce that our development team has achieved One Roster 1.1 accreditation. With this milestone, we can now offer API integration with hundreds of ed-tech software solutions available in our international network. Our existing Sync Centre will receive a powerful addition to its already impressive feature set, making it easier than ever to connect with other tools and platforms seamlessly.

Accreditation and integration with One Roster 1.1
Here's how OneRoster 1.1 integration can benefit you:
Scores:
- Scenario 1: Easily transmit student scores from our Learning Management System (LMS) to your Student Information System (SIS). This means less manual entry for teachers and ensures accurate grade storage.
- Scenario 2: Streamline your workflow by having scores from both the LMS and a Formative Assessment System (FAS) sent directly to the SIS. This saves time for teachers and keeps grading consistent.
Resources:
- Scenario 1: Enhance learning experiences by allowing Digital Content Providers (DCPs) to send tailored resources for specific courses. This ensures students have access to the materials they need right within the LMS.
- Scenario 2: Simplify content distribution by letting publishers provide textbook resources for each course based on rostering information. This means students have easy access to their required materials.
Enrollment:
- Scenario 1: Simplify enrollment processes by sending course enrollment dates from the SIS to the LMS. This ensures accurate course management with the right dates attached.
- Scenario 2: Customize user access by sending role information from the SIS to the LMS. This means users only see what they need based on their roles, making for a more organized system.
Digital Ecosystem:
- Aggregator Scenario: Simplify how your various applications work together by implementing an Aggregator service (application gateway). This makes managing integrations between different systems easier and more efficient.
We're committed to providing you with the tools and support you need to succeed, and OneRoster 1.1 integrations are part of that commitment. Whether you're a current MySchool user or considering our platform for the first time, we invite you to explore these new capabilities and see how they can benefit your institution.
