Students
Can you access the browser version of MySchool? Do you see this year's academic data? If no, then this could mean you are not yet enrolled in an active class for the current academic year. Contact your school to confirm this.
If you have data on the browser version, please contact the school to raise a ticket with our offices. There may be a delay between the browser version and the app.
Guardians
Data is not showing for all your dependent children on both the app and the browser. This may mean that there is a problem with your profile. Please contact the school for further assistance.
You can see data on the browser but not on the app. This may mean that you are not classed as a direct parent. Contact the school to verify your access levels.
Your child needs to be an active student within the school MySchool platform. If this has happened during the summer holidays, you need to contact the school directly to help solve the issue.
There is a delay between the real system and the app. If you have had your profile updated to a main guardian, you may have to wait around 1hr. If the information is still not showing, please contact the school directly.
