Communications + - Mobile app available for all users

All schools from 1st October 2026 will have notifications enabled on their systems. This will allow your guardians and students to download the mobile app via the Google and Apple stores. If your school has already purchased the communications + module, users will incur no charge, and the school will continue to be invoiced for the service. If your school does not have the communications + module, guardians and students can now purchase the MySchool mobile app.

The prices are determined by the location of the user, not the school.

Notifications can be configured for your in-browser version of your MySchool platform. Please reach out to the support team if you need help configuring these. 

Steps to download

1. You need to find the school code. This is available on the browser version of your MySchool platform.

2. Now download the app from either store depending on your mobile device. Look for our logo and the title 'MySchool Parent & Student App'

3. You will be asked if you wish to enable notifications for your device. Choose either option.

4. Enter the school code when prompted. Do not add additional spacing, and it is case-sensitive.

5. For schools that have not purchased the communications + module. The user will have the option to select a paid subscription. This will be processed directly in the stores.

6. After payment, follow the normal login process for your in-browser version of MySchool.
