Canadian Hosting: Keeping Your School's Data at Home

For schools in Canada, data residency isn't just a preference; it's often a legal or policy requirement. That's why, since 2025, we have offered a dedicated Canadian hosting package for our Canadian customers.

What it means

With this package, your school's data is hosted entirely within Canada, using Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure based in Canadian data centres. Nothing crosses the border. Your students', staff, and family information stays stored on servers located inside the country, satisfying provincial and federal expectations around where sensitive data can live.

Why it matters

Many Canadian institutions, especially public schools and school boards, are required to keep certain types of data within national borders. This package was built specifically to meet that need, giving schools peace of mind that they're compliant without having to manage the infrastructure themselves.

Is this for you?
