If you work with agencies, you can now log this and keep them in your communications even if the parents submit the application form.
Add agencies in your configuration page
Open the admissions configuration page, and click on Agencies, found in the parameters box.
Agencies are created as a folder, which holds the agency contact details and the agent. Click Add to create the agency folder. Open the Agency details page, by clicking on the pen icon.

To add individual agents, click on the consultants tab. You can add their name, email and phone number. Use the description field to confirm personal details such as market coverage.
Adding the agency to the form
You can add agency information to either an external or internal form. The agencies need to be created before hand. The field is located in the Applicant - other folder
The submitter will be able to select from the agency drop down and select an appropriate agent. If they check the Agent communication box, the designated agent will be in copy of emails sent during the application process.
These details can also be added outside of a form, directly on the applicant workflow page.
