Importing your donations

We are able to upload donation data if you are starting out with the MySchool donation management module. 

Here are the data sets that can be imported;

Donors

This is used to map existing profiles in the system to become donors

• Donor (Name/MSM UID/Legacy ID)
• Status
• Relationship with school
• Donor number
• Social number
• Preferred medium

Donations (monetary)

Used to add donations to existing donor profiles with the donation management module;

• Donor (Name/MSM UID/Legacy ID)
• Campaign
• Date
• Payment method
• Amount in cents
• Is anonymous
• Honoree name
• Relationship to honoree
• Send communication

Donations (Gift in kind)

Add gifts in kind to your existing donors;

• Donor (Name/MSM UID/Legacy ID)
