If you are new to MySchool, you need to first understand what can be imported into your student profiles. Check out this article to familiarise yourself with the fields and their format. It may be also worthwhile to check the validity of the data you wish to import. Is it up to date? You may decide just to import the minimum of Full name, dob, and email to start with. Further details can be updated using questionnaires or mass editing.

Note: When students are imported they will have their account status set as disabled. To activate these, you can send an invitation if you would like them to use the student portal or use mass edit. They will also be disabled after an update existing import. If you update records then these will also be set to disabled. You can reactivate using mass edit.
You can use mass edit to activate their accounts.
