The student lists are reports which are used for creating check boxes and lists of students, they can be grouped by class or course allocation. A quick easy way for Teachers to create course support material within MySchool.
How to access
This is a public report, and is accessible by staff members who have the relevant security permission. Located in the Data report menu header. This may be included in certain custom report lists as well.
Filter the information
The available lists are as above, each level needs you to fill the people picker with the target population. Multiple class, class levels, and courses can be selected as needed. The report format can be a normal table or compact. Choose the number of columns you would like to create on the printout, and select run report to bring the results to the screen, and Print if needed.
