Student list

The student lists are reports which are used for creating checkboxes and lists of students, they can be grouped by class or course allocation. A quick easy way for Teachers to create course support material within MySchool.

How to access

This is accessible to staff members who have the view public report permission. It is located in the Data Report module header. This may be included in certain custom report lists as well. 

Filter the information

The available lists are as above, each level needs you to fill the people picker with the target population. Multiple classes, class levels, and courses can be selected as needed. The report format can be a normal table or compact. Choose the number of columns you wish to create on the printout, select run report to bring the results to the screen, and Print if needed.
