FAQ - Can I change system notifications? Like the invite for new users ? Or when creating an appointment?

Yes, in most cases this is possible using the edit message tool. Some may not be available for editing, as they are system-wide.

Please take care not to change the subject (Title). If you have added replacement tags, do not change any content between the square brackets. [[]]

If you create a new template and add the prefix SMS_ the template will be available to send from our SMS module.
