FAQ - Using guardian fields in your admission forms

If you are using MySchool admissions module, you can design your own forms to collect student and guardian information from the submitter.

Guardian information

When building the tabs in your form, you will add 'sections'. In order to collect guardian information, you must create a section with ONLY guardian related fields. These questions will be repeated when the submitter selects 'Add guardian'.

Only fields found under the guardian, guardian details or guardian other headings can be used.

If you add a design element to a guardian section, then a pop up will inform you that this is not possible.
