Although MySchool is an online information system designed to build engagement from all your community and to access the portal, users need to have a primary email in their profiles. There may be cases when you want to add an emergency contact to the student profile.
Two options
1. Create a profile with the details you have. Before saving, go to the security tab and change the user status to disabled.
The system will now allow you to save the profile with no email address.
2. On the student profile contact tab you have a notes section. Just add a comment there and you don't need to create a profile.
