In your MySchool system, various templates and information fields use adaptive naming tags to pull information from the student, user or different system fields.
Whenever, you see a rich text bar, with the bracket symbol or the word replacement tags. You can only add a tag according to the parameters in the drop-down list.
It is important not to remove the [[Square_brackets]] or change the format between the brackets.
Top tip: Don't forget to add a space after adding a tag to a message, you can format the tag as well with bold or underline if needed.
Grade report comment templates
Use these to create comments which can be entered into the overview panel and rich text fields. Educators can create standard texts but adapt with student names and pronouns.
Edit messages
Certain system messages and notifications can be made adaptive to their target audience. Before changing message content, we always advise contacting your CSM before changing.
Programme builder templates
Certain communication templates have been customised on the programme builder to include adaptive text.
Admissions workflow automated triggers
When a step is completed, our admissions module sends automated emails internally and externally. These templates can be made adaptive to the applicant's details using replacement tags.

When sending a discipline or attendance SMS, you can add certain tags to personalise the message.
