As part of the attendance module, you can produce detailed contact tracing reports for students and staff users. Designed to show potential contact points in case of quarantine (COVID or Head lice for example). This may not be added to your instance automatically, please reach out to your CSM for assistance in this.

How to use

Contact tracing works on attendance statuses. Attendance needs to be updated regularly for the tool to produce valid results. It detects whether a status has been entered during a period.

1. Enter the name of the student and select from the dropdown options
2. Determine whether to include 'absent' periods or not.
3. Set the date range and fetch

The tool will produce a list of all potential contacts based on the target student's scheduled lessons. It will include students and staff who were listed on the course and present during the same period.

Use the checkboxes and send a message to these potential contacts informing them of precautions and the event.
