FAQ - Boarding school travel transfer arrangements

You need to have the boarding module activated on your MySchool platform.

What does the travel module include?

You will need the transfer management used by administrators or Boarding House masters to create the travel events. 

We can activate the boarding tab for your student profiles

If you wish to allow guardians to select their choices, we will need to activate a User menu header for their guardian portal. Travel arrangements will show when they are activated centrally.

How does it work?

On the boarding tab, you can change the student travel arrangement field. 

Not established will not activate any settings Organised by the school will open up the option on the guardian portal Not organised will not show on the guardian portal, but information can be added directly to the boarding tab if needed

Activate the period and open the access dates. Once the guardians enter the details, it will show in the list field. Travel coordinators can export this list to help manage this.
