MySchool mobile app
Yes, that's right! A MySchool app will be available in 2025. We are in the final phases of quality testing and have reached out to certain users for them to try out. We have some great feedback already. The mobile app will be part of the communications + package. Speak to your CSM about an upgrade.

Dashboards 2025
Again in line with your feedback which is so vital for our product team, please do continue to submit your ideas via the product board, AHA. We are working on new interactive data dashboards for our modules. The first is nearly ready for release. An addition to our admissions module, we have set out a template for future modules.
With stats based on class capacity, locations, YoY changes and more. We are planning on developing these dashboards across all our modules. If you have the admissions module activated, you can ask your CSM to add it to your system. It is due for general release in the first weeks of 2025.
Payment plans and more
We have released payment plans for the finance module, check out the details about how to set up multiple payment plans and connect with Stripe for bank mandates and online payment options.
We will continue work in 2025 to improve the UX and clean up screens making it simple to raise and manage invoices, payments, credit notes and more.
The introduction of app notifications, partial payment receipts, further integrations, and a new dashboard with extended reporting possibilities.
We are always happy to take feedback and gather ideas from all our finance users, so please arrange a meeting with your CSM to discuss suggestions for improvement.
Quick reports v2
If you have access to the new reporting tool, you will see that we have added more data sets for you to export. We have added some new filters and export fields. You will also notice a new scroll bar, and you can now reposition your export columns on the preview panel.
Here is a list of changes, fixes, and minor improvements we have worked on;
Project (MT) - Improvements made to add the school logo to ID card within a multi-school instance, If no school logo is found then the default will be the system logo.
School (MT) - Worked on report needed for school leaving certificate.
System - When rolling over IEPs, the system will check to ensure a future year exists.
System - Added student name to Quick Reports finance data.
System - When activating modules, the dashboard view was changed. This will now respect a system ordering.
System - Attendance admin updates will now only show roll call periods with courses as default.
Project (EU) - Fixed an issue with custom exit code modules not showing when class level is selected.
System - Made replacement teacher options aligned with Free teacher reports for the designated period.
School - Fixed a problem where assess contribution did not match grade report PDF score. The caching issue was resolved.
Project (MT) - Made further changes to the staff import integration tool.
System (Mobile) - Works to the guardian app were finalised for UAT testing.
System - Improved the school configuration page to be more reactive to moving items.
System - Made change to CA override DB storage. CA Avg will not be locked if the assessment can still be changed. Once locked, reviewed or published the score will be stored on the DB. It will not change.
System - Added split with and full account access fields to the Quick Reports v2 - Invoice payer data set.
Project (EU) - Changed behaviour where performance overview was being ignored when portals were locked for rollover.
System - Changed the behaviour of scheduled announcements which could not be rescheduled for a future date. This can only be done on draft or future scheduled announcements.
School (NA) - Updated custom grade report footer.
System - Made an improvement when enrolling from admissions workflow, the dates will respect course duration dates and not set system year dates.
System - Added a popup to inform users that subcategory behaviour titles cannot exceed 50 characters.
Project (MT) - Resolved a problem where staff could not access VLE forums.
System - Added a new assessment report course data configuration item. Users can now hide learning outcome folder headings.
System - Fixed an issue where users could overgrade VLE assignments.
System - Added staff consents to quick reports export.
System - Made improvements to self-reflection student choice, when multiple assessment sections were active.
System - Resolved a problem where assignment publishing dates did not match on the grid and assignment view.
System - It was not possible to add students to assignments in VLE module. A new button was added.
System - Improvement - Automated direct debits will be processed at 00h00 on the due date of the invoice.
Project (MT) - Updated and deleted data for custom fields.
System - Added promote to subject to legacy Quick report tool.
System - Updated automated attendance settings to respect expected logic. Resolved a problem where attendance was showing when it had not been taken.
System - Updated compact assessment report templates to respect the logo override field.
System - Fixed an issue with old admission data showing in super search.
System - Updated assignment average/override assessment type to respect new assignment type average. Also added a scale field and repaired an issue where the override did not show targeted average or scale field settings.
System - Changed the IEP rollover behaviour. When an IEP is rolled over from a previous year with the status set as published. A new published date will show.
School (MT) - A data fix was pushed due to a changed period configuration in the timetable.
System - Updated quick reports v2 to extract medical alert data when selected as an export field. Also changed behaviour to export legacy ID's as a whole number with no commas.
System - Past students were showing up in the legacy people picker, for bus route management even though they were not active students in the current academic year.
System - Updated nationality to North Macedonian, in line with international guidelines.
System - Resolved an issue where regular week timetables were not creating days automatically on rollover.
School (NA) - A custom legacy report card was showing the wrong values on the downloaded PDF.
System - Fixed a system-wide issue that will institute a timed lock when a wrong password has been inserted after a set number of times. Improved the on-screen warnings to inform users of time left before the next attempt.
System - Resolved a system problem where non-active historical classes and courses were showing in the LMS module. Now these will only show the current academic year.
System - An issue was noted when a guardian/staff user could not see behavioural events on the guardian portal. Resolved security context conflict.
System - Improved relationship import to accept 0 as a permission value to have no permission set.
System - Fixed a problem where LO's were not showing on published grade reports.
System - Worked on an improved format for the IEP PDF accommodations.
School (BC) - Fixed attendance data which had been entered via automated attendance, and remained on records when period was deleted.
System - Users can now only see guardians details in the IEP view if they have permission to view these.
School (BC) - Resolved an issue where copy assessments was duplicated. Data was restored.
School (RW) - Added event statuses to module.
System - Fixed an issue with payment methods export in Quick Reports v2
School (BC) - Reversed bad data import for photos.
System - Updated a problem where balances were not exportable from invoice payer Quick Report v2 export.
System - Changed ordering issue on legacy achievement points list view.
School (MT) - Resolved an issue with XERO sync which is not able to resolve balances when different data is entered on MySchool and XERO.
System - Fixed an issue where students could not see a behavioural event from their portal.
Project (EU) - Resolved certain formatting issues with custom report template.
Project (MT) - Amended a custom data report to include attendance % from assessments.
Project (MT) - Added a new enrolment option in programme builder dropdown.
Project (MT) - Deleted distribution groups across system.
System - Added an additional value field to the assessment type scale.
System - Added a permission for VIEW IEP's to be restricted to courses taught in inherent course Teacher security groups.
System - Fixed an issue with submitted questionnaires not showing correct information on guardian profile.
System - Changed the behaviour in the primary email field to not accept !,#,$,%,&,-
System - Changed custom boarding travel module to include day students as well.
System - Student self reflection was not respecting hide if blank assessment setting. This was fixed.
System - Resolved an issue where scales were not showing up in the graded assignments student VLE course resources.
System - Relaxed rule update, where access locks were stopping review edit. The locks will now only apply to assess/contribute pages.
Project (EU) - Fixed an issue with custom bill runs where IE students were not included in rate list.
