Donation management
We are finalising a new upgrade for donation management. Design your campaign landing pages and customise your payment screens. Set goals and manage your donor communications, all from an easy-to-use management screen. Activate Stripe Connect, and your donors can contribute online directly from their portal.
The donation management module is an additional module. If you would like to organise a demo, then please reach out to your CSM directly.
Payment statuses
We have introduced a status concerning invoices and payments. These are now visible from the invoice payers' finance tab on their user profile.
MSSRS subject ordering (Malta only)
For Maltese schools, we have introduced an index value to reorder subjects for the MSSRS/SSQ&P exports. Please note that the high value is 0; to reorder subjects, these settings must be changed. If the same index value is used, the subjects will be in alphabetical order by default. Users can also flag subjects as vocational from here.
Quick reports v2
An update was made to the filters available for student data sets. The date filters were added to a new subfolder called enrolments.
- Added sibling count (min/max values)
- Added join date (date range From - To)
- Added leave date (date range From - To)
Here is a list of updates, fixes and changes for the last few months;
- Project (MT) - Updated programme builder to ignore certain student enrolment types for bulk rollover.
- Project (MT) - Created a custom Europass transcript covering multi-year programmes.
- School (BC) - Added a custom finance report for non-paying guardians.
- School (NA) - Updated custom legacy report card due to a change in term configuration.
- System - Resolved a naming problem on saved report card PDFs. This will now respect the conventional format.
- System - Subject categories were not respected in the grade report template builder for attendance stats.
- System - Resolved an issue with replacement teachers receiving multiple emails from the staff attendance module.
- System - Fixed a problem causing a system error to appear on the attendance audit page.
- School (BC) - A system error occurred when exporting an attendance report for a member of staff.
- System - Learning outcome grades were not showing on published grade reports. This was fixed.
- System - Users could add course diary notes to courses for which they had no context attached. The page was updated to respect permission settings in user groups.
- Project (EU) - Updated primary level grade reports to have the class teacher's signature positioned to the left to avoid bleeding problems.
- System - Updated subject specifications copy function to include median, mean and other average field settings.
- System - Fixed an issue with attendance audit showing a system error when extracting.
- Project (EU) - Improved legacy custom assessment criteria to only allow values within a certain range for final marks.
- Project (MT) - Updated custom review page to allow for publishing per course in bulk.
- System - Resolved an issue with programme builder applicants being enrolled in active/non-active classes simultaneously.
- System - New staff attendance configuration page was rolled out across all systems.
- System - Solved an issue where no enquiry could be upgraded to an application. This was resolved with the new admissions module update.
- System - Improved the invoice template to allow for backdated published invoices. It will now show the published date as set in the creation slideover.
- Project (MT) - Resolved an issue where communications were missing from user logs due to a change in primary email.
- System - Reworked a formatting error for report card PDFs.
- School (NA) - Updated custom transcript to include subject credits.
- System - Fixed an issue where the old people picker was not respecting multi-school settings for SMS programme builder listings.
- System - Updated quick reports never to export blank files if filters return 0 results. A pop-up will inform the user that no results were found to export.
- School (BC) - Updated transcript to include % symbol next to all shown grades.
- System - Updated mass edit to include the new tuition management module main payer field. Users can only set one main invoice payer per student.
- Project (MT) - Fixed an issue where new applicants could not be added to a programme by an admin.
- System - New user invites were not being sent. This bug was resolved, and the underlying change was reverted.
- School (BC) - Reworked custom transcript to pull new grades.
- Project (MT) - Quiz questions were not shuffled due to a previous problem. Data migration shuffled the answers for pre-created quizzes.
- System - Removed text limit in the IEP teacher instructions field.
- Project (MT) - Resolved an issue with the print ID card feature not working as expected.
- System - When downloading batch report cards from the review page, these will now download in alphabetical order.
- System - Added student photo to the full medical report PDF.
- School (BC) - Updated an issue with IEP assessments, which were not saving.
- Project (MT) - Removed old logo image from login page.
- System (MT) - Reorder the SSQ&P report to export alphabetically.
- Project (EU) - Removed shared addresses from all profiles across the main system.
- School (MT) - Reworked custom legacy assessment criteria.
- School (ON) - Changed custom transcript grade scale to include correct values.
- System - Resolved a problem where replacement teachers could not be added to courses within the same period.
- School (NA) - Updated a custom export which had stopped exporting correct values.
- School (MT) - Updated MSSRS exam levels as different values were entered in subject specifications.
- School (BC) - Added subject selection values for students.
- System - Fixed an issue following the admissions upgrade where skipped steps were being reset after migration. This was resolved, and a new data migration was completed.
- System - Updated ad hoc lesson room booking logic to not check if the room is used by the course being updated. It will only check for other courses or events in this case.
- System - Fixed a bug in Quick Reports v2 for split payment settings. These can now be correctly exported with the % values.
- System - Problems occurred on the behaviour/discipline tab when students were enrolled in multiple classes with different timetable/term structures. The system will now try to calculate attendance stats across these timetables.
- System - Added telephone validation requirements to the questionnaire module. Users must follow the allowed characters only.
- Project (MT) - Added new enrolment statuses to programme applicants.
- School (BC) - resolved an issue on the grade grid that was due to an underlying Handson issue.
- System (MT) - MSSRS data was not included when using merge snurra. This was fixed, and the merges will be completed.
- System - Resolved an issue where internal step mails were being sent twice in the new admissions upgrade.
- System - Improved the source code read feature for rich text to show all HTML from copied text sources. These can now be removed by admins.
- School (NA) - Updated custom transcript code to have a pass-fail logic for credit accreditation.
- Project (MT) - Custom report was fixed to show published grade report statuses correctly.
- System - Upgraded automated inquiry mails were not being sent. This was fixed.
- System - Staff attendance statuses can be configured from module management (Business & Operations/Staff attendance)
- Project (MT) - Removed custom code that was causing ID regex to fail.
- System - Behaviour sub-categories will only show when the category has been selected and the sub-category attached.
- Project (ES) - Updated parent-teacher module to not include teachers of IE students if they are no longer enrolled in the host school.
- System - Allowed for student applications to open in a separate browser tab when right-clicking and selecting the option.
- Project (MT) - Fixed a problem whereby files were not merged after using snurra.
- System - New admissions upgrade was intermittently allowing submitters to complete forms without filling in all mandatory fields. This was fixed.
- System - Fixed mail to hyperlink for new admissions contact panel.
- System - Enrollment admissions workflow was missing a page mapping from module management.
- System - Resolved an issue with files not being uploaded correctly in the new admissions upgrade.
- School (MT) - A system error occurred on user profile edit, due to bad relationship data. A data migration was carried out across the system.
- System - Removed secondary email and dependents from individual user search when using the legacy people picker.
- School (NA) - Fixed an issue where household names were not showing on report card templates.
- Project (ES) - Updated a legacy custom report for promotion evaluation.
- System (ON) - Reworked bespoke grade reports that were not downloading correctly.
- System - Improved mobile browser view of the current admissions module. Improved other UI issues.
- System - Fixed an issue with assignments not showing in the audit tool, due to the achievement scale.
- System - Renamed the view portrait field in admissions to be View current portrait.
- Project (MT) - Added a result view page for guardians to see published results.
- System - Resolved a problem with online payment of custom amounts for the new donation module
