Finance dashboard

We continue to improve our statistics tools based on community feedback. A new finance dashboard has been released. The graphics show cashflow forecast, due invoices, and debtos list. Click on the blue hyperlinks for more details, or use the arrow to download to Excel. A new permission is added to the system: 'View finance dashboard'. All users who previously had 'View invoices' will have access to the dashboard.

Historic grade import

We have updated our legacy grade import tool to adapt to MySchool's new assessments. It allows our schools to update previous grades or import current grades from an external source to produce a PDF grade report on MySchool. 

Ask your CSM if you would like this feature to be added to your platform. A great way to set up transcripts for new schools. 

Update to the attendance audit page

When a staff member has been replaced due to absence, the audit will show as orange of attendance is not taken. Clicking on the cell will bring information about who the Teacher was replaced by. You can also send an email to the replacement Teacher to remind them to update the roster for the period.

Here is a list of changes, fixes, and minor improvements we have worked on;

Project (EU) - Repaired issues with the custom rollover tool, improved performance, and added an error report.

System - Added sorting options to the student school absence dashlet.

Project (MT) - Added customisation to the medical certificate upload feature.

School (MT) - Ran a migration on historic files to be removed from the system.

System - Improved UI for payment plan configuration slideover.

System (BC) - Removed TRAX code validation rules for the BC module.

System - Fixed an issue with grade overrides not populating the PDF grade report.

Project (MT) - Updated hyperlink in the custom academic certificate.

System - Resolved an issue where learning outcomes using both numeric and achievement scales were not being graded correctly on Assess in list view.

School (BC) - Resolved an issue with legacy quick reports, which was not exporting legal alerts correctly.

School (BC) - Error in PSR when student was both in an active class and a withdrawn class. Entry grade was not taken into account.

System - Fixed an issue when the assessment type Scale was used. The scales attached to the subject were not listed.

System - Questionnaire exports were ignoring the secondary email for student data. They are now exported.

System - An issue was found with the new assessment type/threshold, which did not work in connection with formulas.

System - Added medical condition severity, notes, and treatment to the questionnaire export when collected.

School (ROW) - Updated legacy report cards to have the correct term label.

Project (MT) - Added a page number to the custom transcript PDF.

System - Remove legacy announcement code throughout all modules.

System - Removed Microsoft sync pages from the system. All functionality was transferred to the Sync centre.

Project (MT) - Resolved an issue with absence SMS being sent from the wrong school.

School (BC) - We fixed an issue with grading assignments in grid view.

System - Updated questionnaire export to not export raw text fields.

School (MT) - We solved an issue where saved consent questionnaires were not downloading correctly from the student files tab.

System - Improved the announcement people picker to not time out when searching for individual users.

System - Fixed the transfer course label when transferring students.

System - Changed colour in certain module configuration tabs, which was showing as blue.

System - Improved formatting of school logos on Safari browsers.

System - Fixed an issue where staff with LSE permissions could still edit non-assigned students' IEPs. They now must be attached to the student using the LSE tab on the student profile for them to have edit rights.

System - Changed behaviour so that corrected quizzes will respect the assignment publishing instructions. 

School (MT) - Custom tax rebates were wrongly calculating credit notes in the total refund. This was fixed. 

School (MT) - Resolved an issue where grades were not downloading from the system to PDF in certain cases.

System - Improved scheduled announcements to be sent as per scheduled time. 

Project (MT) - Improvements made to custom medical certificate behaviour.

School (BC) - Corrected a problem on the assignment grade grid when grouping assignments by LO was chosen as a view. 

Project (MT) - Updated a custom attendance report to be selectable by roll call period.

School (MT) - Fixed an issue with the assess grid formatting when the student name wrapped onto a second line

Shool (ROW) - Updated transcript to include custom requests.

System - Changed the behaviour for downloading attachments. These will now open in another tab rather than going to download. 

Project (MT) - Reinforced duplicate ID checker when creating new profiles.

System - Resolved an issue with programme builder enrolment rules when adding a module. Now, only accepted students will be enrolled when a new module is added.

System - Changed behaviour with published invoices that had the same publish and due dates. This was showing an error, it is now possible to have the same date in both fields.

System - Further work on the staff attendance configuration page.

Project (EU) - Refined validation rules for larger networks that did not need these rules.

Project (MT) - Improved assignment configuration load time with a multi-school network.

School (BC) - Added proficiency scales to custom transcript.

School (NA) - Added a submitter to an existing application form.

System - Added new entities to audit log.

System - Resolved an issue that allowed users to create duplicate assignments with non-unique names.

System - Fixed a problem where not-listed location forms were not loading on the dashboard when clicked.

School (BC) - An Issue was encountered with PSR not pulling historic grades due to a conflict in TRAX coding. This was resolved.

School (BC) - A problem occurred where events were not being listed by date.
