Also in the pipeline is an update to the donations management module, with online payment options via stripe. The new MySchool app will have more features as well, including online payment options and grade reports.

Here is a list of updates and fixes pushed since October 2025;

System - Added the ability to add all students to an assignment from the assessment tab - Edit student list functionality

System - Upgrade TINYMCE for old frontend.

School - NA - Updated transcript format.

Project - MT - Added a year filter to the programme apply page.

School - EU  - Removed legacy employment contexts from profiles.

Project - MT - Delete user after merge.

Project - MT - Updated custom report for programme grades.

School - CA - Fixed an issue with the review page not loading.

School - NA - Error on take staff attendance page was resolved.

System - Updated find a replacement teacher which was locked to a full day instead of periods.

Project - MT - Updated quick report to have more field options on export only.

Project - MT - Updated Europass diploma supplements

Project - MT - Created a custom attendance report for social workers.

System - Optimisation of consents module caused quick reports to not export. This was fixed.

Project - EU - Resolved an issue with course diary not loading for course teachers.

System - Assessment report GPA calculator for US GPA was not calculating if courses did not have full grades. This was fixed and will calculate regardless.

School - BC - Fixed an issue with course creation, which took some time to save due to term configuration issue. This was resolved.

System - Added the full assignment title to the grade grid export.

School - NA - Resolved an issue with compact grade reports which was adding a blank page to report cards.

System - Resolved an issue where LMS assess colours were not showing correctly. Now when completed it will show in green, and if reviewed or published it will show in grey.

School - BC - Added finance custom reports to system.

School - NA - Updated custom attendance report.

Project - MT - Updated class levels to move to archive school level.

Project - MT - Communication logs were not showing emails from users who had updated their primary email. This was resolved.

Project - MT - Fixed an issue where behaviour categories were not showing on multi school system. Also archived legacy non used categories.

School - ON  - Updated late SMS template to use correct replacements tags.

Project - MT - Programme schedule page will now show the number of students attending the lesson.

Project - EU - Added custom attendance details to new primary school templates.

School - MT - Fixed an issue with migrated student custom field for SEN information. 

System - Fixed a problem where course content was not showing as read on the My Courses dashlet.

Project - MT - Resolved an issue with a merged student's grade reports.

System - Fixed a bug with completion statuses on the assess grid.

System - Auto shuffling quiz answers was not working as expected. This was fixed.

Project - EU - Updated merge student behaviour to not include custom field data for custom module.

School - MT - Fixed an issue where users could not send a manual invitation to login due to a missing account number.

System - An issue occurred on the PT meeting module concerning household booking slots. This was fixed and duplicate meetings are not possible from parent and household accounts.

System - Updated the behavioural event screen to allow multi student selection via the people picker. The add student line was removed.

System - MT - Resolved a backend issue with grade details not showing due to MSSRS upgrade.

System - Resolved the issue where announcements could not be 'unstickied' or unpublished.

System - Included Arabic characters as a font choice for assessment report templates,

School - BC - Updated logo on custom transcript.

System - Updated the behaviour when a student was removed from an individual quiz. This was causing a system error if the quiz had been graded. This was changed to maintain grades.

System - Fixed an issue with exporting behavioural events that did not match on screen fetch results.

School - MT - Resolved a problem with grade stats export not showing selected subject results.

System - A bug was showing course content as not being read. This was fixed. Also added a close without being read status.

System - Changed the logic in PT meetings to limit the rooms shown to the specific school only.

School - ON - Fixed an issue with line spacing in the printed IEP PDF.

System - Fixed an issue when exporting rooms for courses using quick reports v2 course data set.

System - Issues were noted with missing signatures from grade reports. This was fixed across all schools.

System - Resolved an issue with credit notes not respecting issue date, so they could not be back dated. Now they will maintain the issue date instead.

School - ON - Custom transcript was not showing grades, this was fixed.

School - MT - Fixed an issue with printing timetables from student profiles that were not showing all days according to system settings. If a day is set to show it will appear as part of the printout.

Project - MT - Transcripts were published using the legacy template and not the new custom template. This was fixed.

School - BC - Fixed an issue with some legacy coding for the TRAX module which would not pull the correct grade when using the populate function. 

System - A version migration caused profile pictures to not show. This was fixed after migration.

School - MT - Fixed an issue with IEP and grade reports not downloading following migration.
