With the academic year fully underway, and the first mid terms approaching, we are excited to announce some new modules in the pipeline, notably a rework of admissions and next up is donation management. We are also continuing to improve the mobile app with new features such as allowing grade reports to be downloaded. Next phase, we are working on integrating tuition management to allow users to pay invoices directly from the app. Don't forget to subscribe to this section on the support site to be notified with new release news.

Coming soon, our admissions module has a whole load of new features following your feedback. Please do continue to add your ideas to AHA, to make sure we can assess your requests, to help us update our modules to adapt to the changing environment in Ed tech. We are quite excited and the development team are finalising some last details for phase 1, we hope for a release in the coming months. Ask your CSM for a demo of the new features if you are interested in this new module.
Here is a list of tasks/updates and fixes released during the past months;
System (MT) - DQSE quality categories can be edited within student profiles. These statuses can be applied to all students.
Project (EU) - Fixed an issue with historic grade reports that could not be downloaded.
System - Fixed an issue in the admissions module with the date picker field that would not save when set as mandatory.
System - Resolved an issue whereby new users were automatically created as donors.
Project (MT) - Resolved a bad data issue causing the class view to not load correctly.
System - The system was not allowing user profiles to save as an organisation. This was fixed.
System - Users were unable to edit or create new fees. This was fixed.
System - Added further details to the data report/student lists. ID card, class and DoB were added.
School (BC) -A custom import was requested for student BC codes.
Project (MT) - Fixed an issue with a new status not showing on programme builder/applicant list view.
System - A problem occurred with bulk creation of courses when uploading ASC xml files. This was fixed.
System - Resolved an error on label management page. Users could not save new formats.
System - Fixed an issue with user appointments incorrectly showing on all schedules they viewed. This was due to an ical setting and it was fixed.
System - Updated the fee table to allow multiple fees to be attached to the same stripe account payment method.
School (NA) - Resolved an issue with a profile, that had bad data and was causing a system error on editing.
School (NA) - A problem occurred when viewing accounts without payers on the invoice list view. This was due to bad data.
System - Improved the formatting of the bus route student profile tab to align in columns.
School (BC) - A student profile could not be deleted due to orphaned IEP data. This was fixed and profile deleted.
System - Delete batch draft invoices was not working as expected. This was fixed.
System - If state reporting is enabled, the options to configure will show in the /configuration utilities tab.
Project (EU) - Removed BAC ID's that had been assigned to IB students in error.
System - Fixed a legacy issue where user groups were classed as restricted. This was removed to align with current system behaviour.
System - Improved the formatting of the LMS quiz option to have buttons conform to design guidelines.
System - Improved how created medical record types will show the attached options in a drop down on student profile.
System - When setting or cancelling appointments, the send email function was not being respected. It will now not send a mail if unchecked when creating/deleting appointments.
System - Improved the behaviour of the relationship edit screen. Users can select the parameters but cannot delete already used types.
System - An issue occurred with parent/teacher profiles who could access Teacher functionality on My Schedule for their dependant student.
System - Added support functionality to activate ethnicity fields on student profiles. Users are also able to add categories for this field.
System - Fixed an issue with KJ timetable import. It was showing an error when users were assigned to course before import.
System - Improved the restore feature not to fail if one entity was not restorable.
System - Added the option for rooms to be selectable when setting a PT meeting.
School (NA/ROW) - Added changes to custom transcripts for two schools.
System - Changed the behaviour of the merge tool to pull information Profile from into the Profile to. The from profile is the master data set, and will amend all fields accordingly.
System - Ad hoc lessons were not showing in class timetable view.
System - Fixed an issue with a mentor dashlet that was not pulling information.
System - Modified the emergency medical form to show life threatening conditions in red. Also added the id of the parent/caregiver field
School (ON) - Fixed an issue where orphaned data was stopping an objective from being deleted.
System - A problem occurred where users could not switch organisations in the invoice list view. This was fixed.
Project (ES) - Updated primary grade report to accept year tag in the translation tables.
School (NA) - Changes were made to custom transcript.
Project (EU) - Added translation labels for subjects to transcript.
School (NA) - Changed report templates from custom to default.
Project (EU) - Fixed an issue with override lock permission which was not working.
System - Resolved a bug that removed students from an assignment whilst editing.
School (BC) - Resolved a problem when uploading a file to an IEP. A system error was produced when trying to download the resource.
School (BC) - Fixed an issue with bus route counter not showing correct number of passengers.
System - Added a staff attendance configuration page, similar to the student configuration page. Migrated data from hard code to the new configuration page.
School (MT) - Bad data was stopping a student to be deleted.
Project (MT) - Imported school holidays to the network of colleges.
System - Changed tuition management module to only allow credit notes to be raised with profiles associated with the account.
Project (EU) - Updated custom consents dashlet to have a different email for DPO than system settings.
System - Resolved a security validation problem, which was causing a problem with guardians not showing in people picker.
System - Fixed a problem where ad hoc lessons were not showing on print timetable screens.
System - A problem occurred when adding categories to announcements. This was fixed.
System - An error occurred when trying to edit and save existing IEP's. This was fixed.
School (BC) - Replacement teacher suggestions were not showing on find a replacement screen. This was updated.
System - Quick reports was not exporting selected data sets. The issue was resolved across the system.
System - Resolved an issue with sending emails from the attendance report (new_attendance). This was fixed.
Project (MT) - New custom absence report for national network.
Project (MT) - Updated logo formatting on custom academic record.
Project (EU) - Reworked transcript to have a full subject label in English.
System - Updated course diary send email function to pull from new announcements signature when saved.
Project (MT) - Updated text on custom Europass certificate.
System - Updated Quick reports v2 to not show currency in the amount field, also added other export options for the invoice data set.
System - Fixed an error when using internal merge tool. This was fixed.
System - Added padding to the coms log shown on profiles.
System - Resolved an issue with Quick reports v1 as courses were not exported with student data export.
School (BC) - IEP's could not updated after an edit. This was fixed.
School (ON) - Fixed an issue with consents that were badly configured.
Project (EU) - Minor updates to report cards to respect central rules and format.
System - Resolved an issue with quick reports v2 that were not exporting fixed group memberships.
System - Changed the behaviour of manually created account numbers, which are now no longer editable once applied.
System - Fixed an issue with assignment type labels being quiz, as this opened the LMS page even if schools did not have the module.
