Here is a list of tasks, minor changes and updates released on the MySchool system;

• Project (EU) - Updated custom relationship checker to ignore invoice payer.
• System - Fixed an issue with enquiry pages causing system errors.
• Project (MT) - Cleared data in line with the EID project.
• System - Updated LMS page to replicate settings on the legal tab for share alert/comment.
• System - Repaired an issue where announcement authors were not showing as search results in filters.
• System - Fixed an issue where print timetables were not showing all day settings.
• School (ROW) - Fixed a data issue with the legacy finance module showing incorrect balance.
• System - Solved a problem with student submissions not being editable in the review page when selected.
• System - Improved and reworked historical grade imports
• System - Improved error tracker in the finance module to not show all users in the missing payers list.
• System - Resolved an issue with links in announcements being truncated.
• School (ROW) - Resolved an issue with the custom transcript.
• System - Repaired an issue with copying assessments. The source term fields were not correctly copied.
• System - Resolved an issue with the ID card not respecting user settings.
• System - Updated the system to show a numerical average per LO when associated with assignments.
• School (BC) - Updated custom transcript.
• School (ROW) - Updated legacy finance module invoice template.
• System - Optimised creation of the student and courses default report.
• School (MT) - Implemented custom transcript and academic record.
• Project (EU) fixed an issue with the report PDF not rendering correctly.
• System - Updates to mobile app dashboards.
• Project (EU) - Added a custom field to show details from the legacy finance module, which was decommissioned.
• School (ROW) - Update to legacy custom grade report.
• System - Work carried out to allow for assignment resubmissions on LMS My Courses, and My assignment pages to be consistent.
• System - Updated quick reports v2 activation to map pages correctly.
• System - Repaired an issue where assignments could be overgraded in the student view on the grade grid.
• Project (MT) - A bad data issue following a merge was causing a system error when listing students in the class.
• School (MT) - Fixed an issue where rounded values were different on UI to the PDF report.
• System - Improved dashboard to respect future unpublished invoices as well as published ones.
• System - Changed the behaviour for completion stats to check the terms of the course.
• Project (EU) - Added a publish transcript feature to the student/guardian portal.
• System - Resolved an issue where My Applications was not showing for non-guardian users.
• System - Resolved an issue where students could see results of quizzes due to the assignment grade publishing status.
• School (BC) - Fixed an issue with bad data showing in quick reports v2 finance exports.
• System - Admission forms open-ended text questions were truncated with a large input. This was amended to not truncate comments.
• School (BC) - Event management list view could not be filtered by date. This was improved to allow filtering.
• System - Reworked the ordering of course diary entries.
• School (NA) - Student subject selector was showing archived subjects.
• System - Pushed a fix where disabled accounts were being reactivated via questionnaire
• System - Fixed an issue with organisations showing a system error on MSSRS module.
• System (BC) - When creating a new student profile, the graduation programme will be default 2023.
• System - Changed the permission slip export to include student class level.
• School (MT) - Updated signature on donation receipt.
• System - Fixed a problem where show sensitive information in the LMS view was not working.
• System - Resolved an issue where events were not showing on student calendars.
• System - Improved the admissions dashboard to include applicants with no status.
• System - Fixed an issue when viewing individual student assignments, the back button was not functioning as expected.
• System - Guardian nationalities were not saving correctly, this was fixed.
• Project (EU) - Updated custom grade import for BAC to include additional exams.
• School (BC) - Resolved an issue where previous schools were not listed correctly on the PSR report.
• School (BC) - Resolved an issue with a legacy announcement template.
• System (MT) - Resolved an issue with informal organistions that could not be removed.
• System (BC) - fixed an issue with Trax subject listings causing background errors.
• Project (MT) - Worked on custom transcript that was ignoring certain courses in attendance stats. Also, fixed an issue to show real out-of-score instead of dthe efault 100.
• Project (MT) - Updated custom report for attendance roll call periods
• Project (EU) - Resolved an issue with the promotion rollover tool regarding the repeating status. The student was enrolled in two classes, and this was resolved.
• Project (MT) - Updated custom SEW form headers.
• System (NA) - Moved ethnicity field to system settings to allow for customisation if requested.
• System (MT) - Updated the head of school comment field to allow for more text to be entered and visible. Resolved another issue where it was not exporting correctly.
• Project (MT) - Removed custom fields from my contact details page.
• System (MT) - Resolved an issue where field labels were incorrect on the organisation page.
• System (MT) - Updated subject tables, which were wrongly classified.
• System - Added invoice payer to mass edit page.
• System - Resolved a problem where assessment labels were not saving in the subject assessment page.
• System (BC) - Fixed an issue where include in FTE count was not calculating correctly for ES audit reports.
• School (MT) - Resolved an issue with organisations not showing following migration.
• School (MT) - Resolved an issue where a subject was being exported in the MSSRS report.
• School (MT) - Resolved an issue with downloading the SSQ&P report due to a dual url.
• System (MT) - Final part of MSSRS project released.
• Project (EU) - Improvement made to not import grades above the max scale of 10 via BAC import.
• School (BC) - An error was happening with a city name being changed to lowercase in the student profile address field. This was fixed.
• Project (EU) - Fixed an issue where additional exams were being added to BAC student choices, without committing the record.
• System (BC) - Implemented a new attendance status in FTE count field for ES audit purposes.
• Project (MT) - Solved an issue with the employment module not being able to approve requests.
• Project (MT) - Resolved an issue with ID card validation not respecting its rule set.
• Project (EU) -  Added a custom field to system settings to be included on the parent day report.
• System (BC) - Changed the title of BC BC-specific field to reflect the current language used by the ministry.
• School (BC) - Updated custom transcript to include provincial exams.
• System (MT) - An error occurred when uploading learning outcomes using special characters. This was fixed.
• System - Fixed a problem when assessment types were created by double clicking, they would not have a unique field ID.
• School (BC) resolved an error with merged profiles.
